New Online Form Submission Portal

We’re excited to announce that you can now submit select exemption forms online through our new submission portal.

Currently, the following OTC exemption forms are available for online submission:

· OTC 921 – Homestead Exemption

· OTC 924 – Personal Property Rendition

· OTC 924-B – Individual Personal Property Boat Dock Rendition

· OTC 935-MH – Manufactured Home Rendition

· OTC 998 – Disabled Veteran Real Property

· OTC 998-B – Disabled Veteran Acquired Homestead Property

⚠️ Please note: Some OTC forms require sensitive information and, due to regulations, cannot be submitted online at this time.

How to submit your form online:

1. Click here to register or can scan QR code or click on link button underneath

2. Create an account.

3. Verify your email address.

4. Once logged in, select File Online

5. Select the exemption you are wanting to file and select Get Started

6. Find your property by address, account or Parcel Id #

7. Follow on screen instructions to complete the form

8. Upload completed form and watch your email for updates

You will be notified by email once your form has been reviewed. Updates will include approval, denial, or requests for additional information.
